Mark Cook

Manos Manouselis
The Hoop Lab will be managed by Manos Manouselis, Technical Director of Proteas Voulas, who has extensive coaching experience in Greece and abroad (China, Middle East, Cyprus), having coached from national team levels to the EuroLeague.
He has the ability and talent to elevate both players and teams he undertakes, but most importantly, to transfer his love and passion for basketball to young athletes!

72 Hours of Intensive Training
Over the 72 hours of the HOOP LAB, the coaches will aim to build and develop each child’s individual technique. The goal is for every moment on the court to be meaningful and for this knowledge to accompany them throughout their careers.
In the first four-day session, we’ll focus on what happens in the first eight seconds of each possession and how a basketball player should operate, whether they have the ball or not, and whether they’re defending the ball or playing off-ball defense. In the second and third four-day sessions, we’ll delve deeper into the secrets of individual tactics, focusing on what happens when the game is played in the half-court and when the shot clock is winding down, requiring big decisions that determine games and championships!
We aim to equip each child who trusts us with a clear way of thinking, helping them seek the best possible decision in every offense and to have the goal of not conceding a basket in every defense.
